Location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive to Universal. Room cleanliness was decent but had a musty smell at first. Breakfast options include waffles and eggs, which were nice. The pool area could use more seating, especially during busy times.

The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Universal Studios and easily accessible to other attractions. Rooms are comfortable and competitively priced. The staff is welcoming; Regina and the kitchen team stand out for their kindness. cleanliness needs attention. I encountered some issues with the air conditioning and room service delays. The breakfast hours felt rushed; starting at 7 AM is a bit late for early risers. I also found the snack prices steep and the warning signs about ordering from leaflets unsettling. But the convenience and value make it worth considering.

The hallway carpet was gross, reeking of mold, which seeped into our room. It made my wife struggle to breathe, and we ended up having to ditch our first night. The place was dirty, and management was unhelpful and rude.

This hotel is just a short trip from Universal Studios, making it super convenient to enjoy the attractions like Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which are all less than 3 km away; plus, I loved the free shuttle service to Universal Studios that made getting to the parks easy. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great selection to start the day. On the downside, the pool was out of order during my stay, but overall, everything else was fine.

The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable bed for restful nights. Temperature control worked effectively, allowing for a cozy atmosphere despite outside disturbances. Sound isolation was impressive; even during a hurricane, I felt secure and calm. cleanliness could be improved. There were signs of superficial cleaning, with mold in shower areas and dirt visible on the carpet. The TV remote was also not functioning properly, which made entertainment a hassle. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were satisfactory for my needs.

Just a stone's throw from Universal Studios and only about 15 minutes from Disney World you can’t beat the convenience of this hotel which makes it perfect for weekend wanderers like me who love exploring new cities while soaking in entertainment and culinary options because it’s also surrounded by a ton of restaurants and cafes like Burger King, Carrabba's, and even fresh-mex options just a short walk away and for those who want to explore even more the Orlando International Premium Outlets are less than 2 km away with a shuttle service to Universal that’s super handy though the breakfast could offer more variety but with clean and comfortable rooms there’s so much to enjoy here.

Me and my crew had a blast hitting up Universal Studios and the crazy rides! Our room was chill and the beds were legit comfy for crashing after partying all day.
Wish they had a sick pool party scene for us young peeps to vibe at.

Our family had a blast at the nearby thrilling theme park, enjoying rides and shows. Afterward, we relaxed at the hotel in our spacious room with two TVs and comfy beds. The location was convenient, with a variety of food options and a short drive to the park.

I had a blast exploring the movie magic, meeting Disney characters, and enjoying thrilling rides. I relaxed in the outdoor pool after a fun-filled day. Free parking was a cherry on top!
Nothing like being serenaded by slamming doors and loud neighbors all night. How delightful!

The breakfast was consistently prepared on time every day, and the hotel had well-done paint on the walls and landscape. Its location is convenient, close to the I-4 and various cool spots, with easy access to the mall and restaurants. There was always someone available to assist guests, and the staff, particularly Arthur, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even amidst unexpected situations.
The elevator needed urgent updating and had an unpleasant odor. Some rooms showed signs of wear and tear, with scratched faucets, stained bathroom doors, and old furniture.

Room was clean with a nice city and lake view. Close to Universal Studios, only a 5-minute drive away. Enjoyed a wholesome breakfast with eggs, bacon, and juice. The front desk staff provided courteous and helpful service.
Check-in experience was unpleasant, with front desk staff being arrogant about a pet policy we were not informed of beforehand. Noise disruptions at night made it hard to rest.

The air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool and comfortable during the hot days. I also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a quick caffeine fix in the mornings. the garden furniture could definitely use an upgrade as it seemed a bit worn out and uncomfortable. the room had an AM/FM alarm clock that helped us wake up on time for our activities. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, although navigating the channels was a bit tricky. One issue we encountered was the carpeted floor in the hallway which showed a lot of dirt and stains, making it look unkempt. It would be great if they could give it a thorough cleaning to improve the overall appearance. Despite these drawbacks, the parquet floor in our room was a nice touch and added a touch of elegance. We also made use of the grocery shopping service, which was convenient for picking up snacks and essentials. On the downside, the hotel lacked in-house shops or commercial services, which would have been handy for any last-minute needs. we found the shuttle service to be a bit unreliable, resulting in some delays during our travels.

The area is with a few fast food restaurants and gift shops in the area, plus a Walgreen's drug store just down the street. The hotel's facilities include a 24 hrs reception, breakfast room, outdoor pool, elevator, wireless Internet in public areas.

i had a fantastic experience staying at La Quinta. the room was big and comfortable, with a great bathroom. the breakfast offered lots of options, and the staff were extremely nice. the hotel provided useful services, such as a free transfer to the theme park and the option to purchase tickets on site. the location was amazing, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff made it easy for me to extend my trip by two days. However, the moldy smell in the facility was overwhelming and affected my allergies for three days after my stay. Despite this, I found the bed and pillows to be comfortable, and the size of the room was good. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was convenient and enjoyable. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of Universal Studios. The breakfast offered a nice variety, although the hot foods could have been better. Having coffee and cold water available 24-7 was a nice touch. The hotel rooms were beautiful and very clean, with gorgeous floors. The check-in and check-out process was easy and swift.
The front staff could have been more attentive and helpful.

the room was clean and got services once in between our 3 days stay. the hotel serves a breakfast though nothing exotic but good to stuff yourself. close to disney world and other major attractions, and everything we wanted was so close. erika the housekeeper left us a sweet note after cleaning our room - which is a nice touch.
